We are seeking AMEs of all trades (E,S,M) and of all experience levels. TPD works with a wide array of aviation organizations on general maintenance and overhaul projects.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure policies and procedures laid out in the Company's Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Policy Manual are followed to certify full compliance with the current Canadian Aviation RegulationsAbility to use the correct tools, methods, techniques and equipment required to perform aircraft maintenance  Ensure aircraft is maintained in accordance with all Manufacturers and Company recommendations and regulations   Candidates should be able to read and understand various schematic diagrams for maintenance troubleshooting and be proficient with computers and diagnostic toolsTest repaired aircraft systems and other routine maintenance workEnsure both the accuracy and traceability of parts that are removed or installed on the aircraftEnsure that all applicable airworthiness requirements are metPerform other work assigned in a safe manner EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Must possess strong communication, organization, and decision-making skillsProven working knowledge with general aircraft repair, fabrication and/or installationAbility to work well independently and in a team environmentMust be able to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity CardMust be legally eligible to work in Canada without restrictionValid AME license or Certification Authority within the scope of their tradeAbility to travel and work remotely (up to a month)Necessary AME tools required to perform tasks WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive base salaryShift, license, lead hand and ACA premiums are availableBenefit insurance premiums are company-paidPer Diem pay

Candidate Interviewing & Management (65%)  Interview sourced candidates and determine their best fit for open client requirements Execute the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing efforts, interview best practices, reference checks, and offer/onboarding. Manage a contingent workforce pool that can be deployed on a temporary basis to the assigned client group or within other client groups within the dedicated division. Act as the champion of all interviewing and candidate management within the specified client group. Manage a high volume (40+) of open client requirements in conjunction with Workforce Coordinators. Provide the Manager with meaningful feedback around candidate experience and client requirements. Lead Role Discovery calls as required by the Manager and deliver the TPD Promise in all candidate and client interactions. Meet or exceed require KPI’s including (but not limited to) number of interviews and send outs. Business Development (25%) Seek opportunities to generate new business leads by identifying company/prospect hiring needs Deliver TPD value proposition during candidate and indirect client interactions Partner with Manager to execute a variety of business development activities such as prospecting, email marketing, and prospect list calling Meet SMART sales goals and quality connect requirements on a weekly basis Administration (10%) Work with the Workforce Coordinator to ensure proper client reporting is completed in a timely manner Ensure prompt and accurate data entry into TPD systems and work with the Workforce Coordinator to ensure data quality. You will be responsible for managing the budget, timeline, and scope of the Transformation Project while managing existing Business-As-Usual commitments.  You will do this through effective team management, client interaction, and vendor management, drawing on extensive experience in change management and project leadership.
